Can you actually believe we've almost reached the final of The X Factor 2018? Robbie Williams and Ayda Williams might have lost all their acts, but One Direction's Louis Tomlinson's backing his boys Dalton Harris and Anthony Russell, as Simon Cowell hopes Scarlett Lee can claim the crown.

Obviously, as excited as we are to find out who's following in the footsteps of 2017 winners Rak-Su, the final's guest performers are a pretty big deal too. We've had everyone from Beyoncé to Adele in the past; and this year's guests certainly don't disappoint.

Now, after many rumours, the amazing Take That have confirmed they will be performing at The X Factor final this year! Taking to Twitter to share the exciting news with their fans, Take That said, 'The rumours are true… we will return to the @TheXFactor 🎶'.

Of course it wasn't long before their fans were celebrating the news with a variety of gifs and comments such as, 'i hope you'll be performing with Rob! please say yes!!🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏would be epic!😍😍', and 'Yes you read too Mr @robbiewilliams 🤞👌😁'. sic

At the time of writing it hasn't yet been confirmed if the band will reunite with their former band mate, and X Factor judge, Robbie Williams, but that's surely what ALL fans are hoping for.

Other performers confirmed to appear on The X Factor final include, Anne-Marie, George Ezra, James Arthur and the amazing Ellie Goulding. See the other performers below.

George Ezra

He'll likely perform his new single 'Hold My Girl'. That, or the INESCAPABLE 'Shotgun'.

Anne-Marie

Anne-Marie looks set to perform The Greatest Showman's Rewrite the Stars with James Arthur.

James Arthur

James will hopefully perform 'Rewrite the Stars' with Anne-Marie, originally from The Greatest Showman soundtrack.

Ellie Goulding

We're hoping Ellie sings Diplo and Swae Lee banger 'Close to Me' on the final.

Take That

Take That have just been confirmed to perform on the final.

One of the performers this weekend will be Ellie Goulding, and we recently caught up with her backstage at Hits Live, where she revealed what she will be doing over Christmas. The 'Anything Can Happen' singer told us how the run up to Christmas will be volunteering with some charities.
