24 baby names at risk of extinction revealed

BabyCentre has revealed 24 names which are at risk of extinction this year, that is baby names that have not been registered in 2017.
Many of the names given in this list from the UK’s number one parenting and pregnancy website were popular names in the 1980s, but have yet to come back into fashion, such as Karen, Donna and Ian.
So far this year no babies have been called Cilla either, however things could change later this year with Cilla: The Musical launching in September.
