Join the Great Manchester Swim
Join us for the 1 Mile Great Manchester Swim on Saturday 4 July 2015. Staged with the great backdrop of Salford Quays, this unique 'dock to dock' course is an unforgettable experience in the open water.
The course begins in Dock 9 near The Lowry and MediaCityUK, traverses Mariners Canal and finishes one mile away at Dock 8 beside Helly Hansen Watersports Centre. Friends and family can cheer you on throughout your challenge, with waterside spectator access throughout the course.
Suitable for swimmers of all abilities, you can enjoy this event safe in the knowledge expert safety kayakers will be with you every stroke of the way.
