Sharing's Caring - Things We Love To Do On Social Media

We’ve compiled a list of things we love to do on social.

Social media and the smart phone have allowed us to make our private lives public. We’ve compiled a list of things social media users love to do, after all sharing’s caring.

Snappy Meals

We’re starving, we’ve ordered our food and we can’t wait for it to get here so we can eat it. Except when it does the first thing we do is whip out our smart phones and take a picture, one from the top, one from the side and that jaunty angle one that we know will look great when we add the Instagram filter later.

Let Me Take A Selfie

Hair styled? Check.

Make up on? Check.

Duck lips? Check.

Then it’s selfie time!

We love to take pictures of with our friends, partners, celebrities and pets. We have perfected the at arms length selfie snap and our Facebook album is full of them!

Babies

Babies are cute, but our own babies are cuter and we love to share pics with people on social. Getting all those likes and comments is the equivalent of winning a 'Best Baby' contest. By sharing pregnancy pics, sonographs and everything from the moment our little ones are born, the children of today really are growing up on social media.

Love

Have you seen who we're dating? Look at these gifts I got bought! Look at us on the beach, aren't we cute? We love shouting about how in love we are almost as much as we love being in love. Whether it's cute messages on Facebook walls, sharing snaps on Instagram or Tweeting about our love, social media is our way of shouting from the rooftops, but more people can see this and we never did like heights.

Wish You Were Here?

We used to go on holiday, take photos and then wait to get them developed. When digital cameras came into our lives then the wait was as long as it took to get them on to a computer. Now we can not only see but also share our pictures instantly. And what better way to brag to your friends about what a fab hol you’re having than to put them on social

Social Media Stalking

We used to peak out behind the curtains to see what the neighbours were up to but now our curiosity in others can be truly satisfied with a good old social media stalk. Whether it’s checking up on the kids, looking through a new work colleagues pictures or seeing what our ex is up to now, we love to play detective.
