A64 closed following serious crash
Police tell us it's shut between A659 (Tadcaster) and the A1237 (Askham Bryan) junctions
A major route in North Yorkshire is closed this morning.
Police have shut the A64 in both directions following a serious crash just after midnight.
It's affecting junctions between Tadcaster and Askham Bryan.
The road is expected to stay closed during this mornings rush hour (Monday).
It's not clear what has happened on the stretch but police say there's been a serious collision which happened just before 01.20am this morning (Monday, 27 March).
