Police say it was taken from Keyhaven Road between the hours of 6pm on Monday 4 March and 8am the following morning.

The Hunter horse box has blue side and rear panels, and has a sticker of a jockey on the back, who is jumping over the name of the trailer company.

Inside was some catering equipment and tractor parts.

Its registration mark ended with the letters MCV.

Officers are making enquiries, but are also keen to hear from anyone who may be able to assist the investigation.
