1000 people play Learn To Fly at once...

And actually sound amazingly tight!

In May 2014, Fabio Zaffagnini had a brainwave to get the Foo Fighters to play his local area Romagna, Italy where they hadn't played since 1997.

His idea? Why not get 1000 people to play a Foo Fighters song, at the same time?

The result was a year-long crowdfunding campaign, culminating in 1000 guitarists, drummers, bassists and singers performing a remarkably tight version of 'Learn To Fly' in the town of Cesena, Italy. Watch it, below:

At the end of the performance, Fabio announces says:

'I've been working on this for a year thinking about how to make it real. 1000 rockers that came from all over the nation for one song. Our call is to ask the Foo Fighters to come and play for us and give a concert in Cesena.'

No you've got a tear in your eye! p.s. you can see Foo Fighters in the UK by heading to our ticket store. Won't even take you a year to organise.
