Gung-Ho returns to Manchester's Heaton Park on 6th April and Hits Radio is going to be there.

This is no ordinary 5k event... run, jump and climb over ten of the world's biggest inflatable obstacles. It's fun and thrilling, perfect for getting your friends together for a great day out or to raise loads of money for charity.

Gung-Ho is open to all people no matter if you've run before or just fancy joining in the fun, you just need to be over 4ft tall. Whether you see 5km as a huge challenge, or a little warm up, with Gung-Ho! you're free to run as fast or walk as much as you want!

There's loads of huge inflatable obstacles, on the route you'll tackle enormous inflatables up to 50m long and 8 metres high. There's a real team spirit from everyone taking part as you all take on the challenges, its an experience you'll be talking about for ages.

Everyone taking part will receive a free race number bib, t-shirt and head band. Bring your friends and family down to watch as spectators can attend for free.
