Another Fifth Harmony singer is following Camila Cabello's footsteps
But they all are!
This week, Ally Brooke from Fifth Harmony announced that she will be releasing a solo single with German DJ, Topic tomorrow (January 26). The song is titled "Perfect" and it follows on from her 2016 collaboration with Lost Kings and A$AP Ferg on "Look At Us Now".
Recently ex-bandmate Camila Cabello stated that she felt 'shut out' after wanting to stay in the group while working on a solo album. She said:
“It became clear that it was not possible to do solo stuff and be in the group at the same time.”
However, current 5H member Dinah Jane found success last year after teaming up with RedOne, Daddy Yankee and French Montana for their song “Boom Boom”.
The group seem to have changed their mind when it comes to solo projects as Normani Kordei is gearing up to release a song with singer Khalid in March off of the Love, Simon film soundtrack.
Earlier this month the girls became the first girl group to surpass five billion collective views on YouTube. Not only that but they hold the 31st and 24th most viewed videos of all time on YouTube.
