The 2022 CMT Awards saw Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean take the award for Video of The Year with their now multi-award winning collaboration “If I Didn’t Love You”
This makes Carrie the all-time CMT record holder with the most awards bringing her total wins to 25.
The awards were co-hosted by Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini and Anthony Mackie which recognises the music videos behind the biggest songs in Country Music.
Kane Brown led the nominations list in total followed by Kelsea Ballerini, Mickey Guyton, BRELAND and Cody Johnson.
