George Thorogood & The Destroyers have announced seven UK concerts as part of their Good To Be Bad: 45 Years Of Rock tour.

The band’s first UK headline dates in seven years kick off at London O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Monday 20th July before calling in at York Barbican, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, Nottingham Royal Concert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Manchester Bridgewater Hall and Glasgow SEC Armadillo.

These shows follow George Thorogood & The Destroyers’ previously announced special guest slot at Ramblin Man’ Fair on Sunday 19th July.

Tickets to George Thorogood & The Destroyers’ UK tour go on sale from Absolute Radio Tickets at 10am on Friday 21st February.

George Thorogood says: “Ever since our first shows there in 1978, the UK has been one of our favorite places to play.

“We’re talkin’ great venues, great energy and truly great audiences, and we’re looking forward to coming back for it all. Expect our best, because that’s what you’re gonna get.”

George Thorogood & The Destroyers have sold more than 15million records throughout their distinguished career and scored massive hits with ‘I Drink Alone’, ‘One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer’, ‘Homesick Boy’ and the ubiquitous anthem ‘Bad to the Bone’.
