Sting has confirmed that his Sting: My Songs tour is coming to the UK in September 2020 for a trio of shows at the London Palladium.

Released in May 2019, Sting’s latest record ‘My Songs’ is his second studio album to feature new versions of previously released solo and The Police songs following 2010’s ‘Symphonicities’.

Newly reworked tracks that feature on ‘My Songs’ include ‘Message in a Bottle’, 'Can't Stand Losing You', ‘Roxanne’ and ‘Englishman in New York.’

To support its release, Sting commenced the My Songs tour in Paris last summer and, before it arrives in London, it will have taken in 113 shows across 27 different countries.

The three-night residency at London Palladium takes place on Thursday 17th, Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September 2020.

Tickets go on sale from Absolute Radio Tickets at 9am on Friday 31st January.

Sting says: “Having travelled the world with the My Songs tour, I’m delighted to bring it home to the UK later this year and to perform again at such a historic venue.”

Sting will be accompanied by an electric, rock ensemble of Dominic Miller (guitar), Josh Freese (drums), Rufus Miller (guitar), Kevon Webster (keyboard), Shane Sager (harmonica) with Melissa Musique and Gene Noble (backing vocals) at the Palladium shows.
