As part of our series of Black History Month programmes throughout October, Absolute Radio will be taking a deep dive into the most important hip hop songs of the 1980s and 1990s.

Dixon Brothers will be hosting two special shows on Absolute Radio 80s and Absolute 90s, each dedicated to a pivotal era in hip hop music’s history.

They’ll be in the mix playing the biggest and most important hip hop songs of the decade – from chart-denting anthems through to tracks you may not have heard before.
