Listen to U2’s final show at Sphere in Las Vegas exclusively on Absolute Radio

Absolute Radio are beyond excited to announce that we’ll be broadcasting the audio from the final show of U2's 40-date residency at the spectacular Sphere in Las Vegas to celebrate Record Store Day.

This must-listen event for fans will air on Thursday 18th April at 9pm UK time.

There will also be a repeat broadcast on Saturday 20th April (Record Store Day) on both Absolute Radio and Absolute Classic Rock.

Our broadcast marks the release of a 2-track, Record Store Day exclusive vinyl record commemorating U2’s globally-acclaimed 40-date run of their pioneering show 'U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere’ in Las Vegas.

The record features a brand-new live recording of ‘Atomic City’ captured at the world’s most cutting-edge venue, alongside a remix by Mike WiLL Made-It, available physically for the first time physically.

The exclusive package is pressed on transparent limited edition red vinyl and also includes a poster.

The U2 residency has been taking place at the innovative $2.3 billion Sphere venue in Las Vegas.

The Sphere at the Venetian Resort is located at Sands Avenue near the Las Vegas Strip, and it features 18,600 seats inside its spherical auditorium.

The inside of the venue features a 16K resolution wraparound interior LED screen, speakers with beamforming and wave field synthesis technologies, and 4D physical effects.
