John O'Byrne Foundation

The John O’Byrne Foundation operates supporting children in the Glasgow Children Hospital. The foundation wants to provide relief from the worry and monotony of hospital stays, by providing wished for gifts, experiences and events to brighten the childrens lives.

Impact

A group of children with complex needs were taken on a trip to remember to Chester Zoo

The grant meant a qualified nurse was able to attend the trip in case of emergency

Children were able to create memories with their peers outside of a hospital environment
