Who We Are

Helping the children that need it most

Cash for Kids has one objective: to support the most vulnerable children in our communities who are the innocent victims of child poverty.

Our team work hard all year round to ensure local children living in poverty are supported. The team at Radio Clyde Cash for Kids consists of:

Grace Reilly - Regional Charity Manager (West of Scotland)

Andrew Irving- Charity Manager (West of Scotland)

Kirsty Pugh - Senior Corporate Fundraiser

Aimee Russell - Charity Fundraising Executive

Joanna Holisz - Regional Junior Marketing & Social Media Executive

Our team are always here to support with any fundraising or grant queries - we're a friendly bunch!

We're not just a Christmas charity.

Funds are desperately needed all year round to help the ever growing demand from thousands of vulnerable children, disadvantaged through neglect, abject poverty, abuse, life-limiting illness and disability.

We grant out during each of the key school holidays, February, Easter, Summer, October and Christmas to ensure children have access to hot, nutritious meals, activities, day trips and are able to make memories to share with their friends when back at school. Small childrens charities and local community groups can apply for funding and our Local Exec board meet each quarter to make decisions on where we grant to support children.

Each quarter we have to fundraise again for the next set of grants to ensure we can help as many children as possible. Thanks to Arnold Clark, The Revie Foundation and Bauer Media, every penny donated to Radio Clyde’s Cash for Kids goes directly to the children that need it most. Not one penny from donations is ever used for administration.

Our role is a critical one. Tackling child poverty and disadvantage remains the challenge of our generation... but we can and are making a change.
