INTERVIEW: Hugh Jackman talks CHAPPiE and Instagram

The X-Men star talks about his new film CHAPPiE about a robot that can think.

Best known for his role of Wolverine in the X-Men film series, Hugh Jackman dropped in to talk to us about his new film CHAPPiE, skin cancer and Instagram.

Jackman plays the film's villain Vincent Moore who sports a 'rather fetching' mullet which he 'chose'! He told us how Neil Blomkamp writer/director 'is a kind of a maverick', "he started sending me some pictures," Jackman said, "one of them had a guy with a mullet with these blond tips and shorts and long socks and I said 'that's it'."

Jackman also spoke to us about his recent experience with skin cancer having undergone four procedures to remove cancerous cells in the last year blaming his teenage attitude to sun cream for the problems.

The film is set in the near future in a time when the entire police force are replaced fully autonomous police droids. CHAPPiE is a robot who has artificial intelligence and is designed to learn from his influences.
