Following months of auditions, the live semi-final shows kicked off on Britain's Got Talent on Monday 30th May, with a whole week of shows scheduled before the big finale on Sunday 5th June!

Monday night's semi-final saw the likes of Born To Perform, The Witches, Jamie Leahey, Maxwell Thorpe and Suzi Wild Comedy all perform, as they tried to impress both the judges and the voting public at home.

It was opera singer Maxwell Thorpe who sailed through first, gaining the most public votes, whilst child ventriloquist Jamie Leahey and magician Junwoo's fate was left in the judges' hands.

As the judges couldn't decide, it went to the public vote, with Jamie landing a place in Sunday night's final. But viewers at home were left furious that spooky act The Witches were dumped out of the show, with many thinking the judges 'ruined' the scary performance.

One fan wrote: 'The Witches. Totally ruined by the self-obsessed judges. Finally an interesting act, eliminated as always. Britain's Got Talent turns into the X Factor more and more each year. Fix'. (sic)

Another wrote: 'Absolute fix, even the audience were booing when the witches got voted off #BGT', with a third adding: 'Biggest sh--e voting system ever on a TV show...it means the whole show is a fix'. (sic)

A fourth annoyed fan added: '@BGT what a fix judges spoilt the witches & the right people are going home'. (sic)

Another commented: 'How did the witches not get in the top 3 at least? Absolute bulls--t. Judges ruined it. The show is a fix 😡😡😡'. '(sic)
