In many people's eyes Rupert Grint will always be Ron Weasley.

He was catapulted to fame at the age of 11 when he was cast as Harry Potter's best mate in the film series - and ended up playing the character in eight films.

Now, the character's being played by a different actor on stage in the West End.

Rupert told us watching 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' was "kind of like an out of body experience, it kind of felt surreal".

When asked if he'd like to take the character back and star in the play he said "I can't remember how old the characters are (in it). Yeah, I'd never say never".

Talking about the ten years he spent playing Ron, he added "It was a huge part of my life and it finished at the right time. I was glad to move on when I did".

While we're probably a fair few years away from potentially seeing him as Ron again, we can see him in new Sky One show 'Sick Note'.

He plays Daniel Glass, who is misdiagnosed with a fatal disease. Having told people about his illness, he finds they all treat him better, so decides to keep it to himself when he discovers he's not really sick.

It also stars Nick Frost - and despite the show just starting on TV, they have already shot a second series, which stars Linsday Lohan.

One place you won't see Rupert is on social media. The actor admitted he's not been on Facebook once - and now thinks it would be too late to start up accounts.

Instead he keeps in touch the slightly old fashioned way - by phone and email.
