They have seen a big rise in people being bullied both on and offline

Top experts are warning that bullying both on and offline is getting worse.

They say in the reports they have done that attacks are on the rise - especially online - and have a devastating effect on young minds.

Our reporter Max Steele has been speaking to Nicole Duncan who was bullied at school earlier this year. The 16-year-old, who lives in Bathgate, told us more about her ordeal:
