Former sufferers of eating disorders say the pressure to look perfect is getting worse for teenagers.

Kathryn Kerr - who was diagnosed with anorexia at 13. Now 17, she says she was faced with constant pressure from bullies at school and others in similar situation today are bombarded with opinions from the media:
