A video has emerged on Facebook showing a man driving a speedboat through a flooded area in Kilmarnock.
The speedboat appears to be joyriding just off Queens Drive near the Ayrshire Athletics Area - it was affected by flooding after torrential rain on Sunday evening.
A number of roads were closed and several areas without power. The Odeon cinema was also evacuated.
The video, posted on Facebook by John McDonough, has been shared hundreds of times and has comments like 'If it doesn't stop raining Kilmarnock would be same as Venice soon.'
