Tributes pour in for man murdered in Motherwell

The 30 year-old has been named locally as Terry Smith.

Tributes are pouring in on social media for a man who died in Motherwell in the early hours of this morning.

30.year-old Terry Smith was found seriously injured around 4.10am in Doonside Tower but died at the scene.

Local football team Bullfrog AFC have called him "a rascal, but a good lad" on Twitter.

Police are treating the death as murder and said they are following a positive line of inquiry.
