Teen arrested after baby hit with brick on Glasgow bus

A 15-year-old has been arrested and charged after a brick was thrown through a bus window, hitting a baby on the head.

A 15-year-old male youth has been arrested and charged after a brick was thrown through a bus window, hitting a baby on the head on Battlefield Road on Tuesday 10th January.

Around 6.45pm a brick was thrown through the window of a bus, landed on a pram and hit a 17-month-old baby on the head. The baby was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital to be checked over and later released.

A report will be submitted to the Scottish Children’s Reporter and enquiries are ongoing.
