What do you love most about being on the radio?

EWEN: I love the immediacy of it. The connection you have with listeners. I'm all about the listeners. I love nothing more than having a blether with people.

CAT: I love the immediacy and intimacy. We are fortunate enough to really get to know our listeners and they get to know us. We probably share to much!

What other careers have you had?

EWEN: My first big job was in newspapers. I was a trainee sports reporter in Dubai and worked my way up to Sports Editor and then by accident I became a nightclub DJ. My mate was a DJ and got so drunk one night he couldn't DJ. I helped him out and it just clicked for me. What a buzz I got from it. Six months after that experience I left the newspapers to become beach bum and a nightclub DJ ha ha ha!

CAT: Sports writer, TV sports presenter, TV producer and director, newspaper columnist, live events host, Pantomime performer. (Fairy, fat monk and pirate!!)

What's the best or funniest thing that's ever happened to you on radio?

EWEN: I've had some amazing experiences in my radio career and some hilarious moments. Instead of telling you about one particular story I will give you a few key words/names/events and you can ask me when you see me: Santa is a 'real person'. Monkey attack. Travis on stage or is it? Silence with Sir Alex Ferguson. Banned from Hampden. Jumping through gardens. Lingerie in a shop window. £1 million. Hypnotised. There's so much more but that's enough for now. Feel free to ask me whenever we meet.

CAT: I got Ewen properly hypnotised once. He thought he was the lead singer of Erasure singing 'RESPECT' to Hampden Park full of naked fans.

Any party tricks?

EWEN: My party trick is 'Jason Donovan'. Ask me and I'll show you!!!

CAT: I can kick my height and I'm also a virtuoso on the kazoo. I've never tried both at the same time though.

Biggest celebrity you've ever met?

EWEN: Biggest celebrity I've ever met would be Pele. Legend.

CAT: Chic Charnley and John Lambie. Partick Thistle legends.

What's your biggest accomplishment?

EWEN: My biggest accomplishment would be my three kids and being married for over 25 years. Anyone for a sick bucket? ha ha ha But I have to say that because if I don't I've got a lot of explaining to do and I just can't deal with it!

CAT: We won lots of nice radio awards including UK Commercial Breakfast Show of the year, two SONYS and New York Radio Academy award for world personality show.

Describe yourself in 3 words.

EWEN: Three words to describe me: Unpredictable. Loyal. Enthusiastic.

CAT: Full of nonsense
