Stephen Glass questions timing of reduced crowd numbers
Aberdeen Manager Stephen Glass says he doesn't understand why limiting football crowd attendances should wait until boxing day

Aberdeen Manager Stephen Glass has questioned the timing of new Covid rules which will limit football crowd sizes to just 500.
That rule is intended to stay in place for three weeks from Boxing day.
That means the Dons will play at Pittodrie against Dundee and then Rangers in front of virtually empty crowds.
But tomorrow (December 22) the club will travel to face Hibs at Easter Road, with no restrictions in place on crowd sizes.
"Why would you say this rule is really important in four days, three days time, but not tomorrow night?
"I don't see the reasoning at all, and I don't see the sense in it."
When asked if he'd like to see the January winter break brought forward, to attempt to avoid playing games during the restrictions Glass said:
"You are at a club like Aberdeen and clearly the biggest impact is going to be the Dundee game on boxing day and the Rangers game on the 29th.
"There's no doubt we'd rather play that in front of the people who have come home for Christmas to watch us.
"I think the club provide a safe environment, but we don't make those decisions.
"If it was played in front of very limited crowds, of course I would rather not play and play in front of a big crowd."
The Dons are also set to travel to face Ross County in January before the winter break is scheduled to commence.
But many fans and pundits have called for that break to be brought forward.
