Celtic striker Kyogo is ready to make his injury return against Rangers on Sunday.

Ange Postecoglou has confirmed the Japanese forward is fit enough to be included in their squad after missing months of action.

Kyogo hasn't featured since picking up an injury in December's Premier Sports Cup final win over Hibernian.

The 27-year old established himself as a key player for the Parkhead side in the early months of the season.

He has scored 16 times in 26 matches so far this campaign.

Postecoglou said: "I'm sure everyone has got a lift and he is obviously buzzing as well because he gets an opportunity to be involved again.

"He's obviously a very good player and had a fantastic first half to the season.

"It's disappointing for him that the injury came along and has kept him out for quite a while.

"We know the kind of impact he can have as a footballer and he's already had a massive impact on our season.
