Rangers, Hearts and Dundee United discover European play-off fate

The ties will be played on the 16-18 and 23-25 of August

Rangers will face either Monaco or PSV Eindhoven if they get into the Champions League play-offs.

Hearts will take on Linfield or FC Zurich in the Europa League play-off, whilst Dundee United will play either Riga or Gil Vicente in the Europa Conference League play-off round if they beat AZ Alkmaar.

The ties will be played on 16-18 and 23-25 August.

Rangers begin their qualification campaign this evening against Union Saint-Gilloise in Belgium.

The Europa League finalists are due to be at home in the first leg on August 16-17 if they reach the play-offs.

Hearts meanwhile will face Linfield or Swiss champions FC Zurich in the Europa League play-offs.

Robbie Neilson's side are due to travel for the first leg on August 18 before the second leg at Tynecastle seven days later.

The Scottish Cup runners-up are guaranteed group-stage football with the losers of their play-off dropping into the Europa Conference League.

Linfield host the Swiss side on Thursday in the first leg of the third qualifying round.
