The top and bottom six were finalised at the weekend with Ross County and Motherwell securing their spot in the top half.

Aberdeen and Hibernian have been forced to settle for a place in the bottom half of the split with five fixtures remaining.

Celtic and Rangers will meet on Sunday 1 May in the final Old Firm clash of the season.

Ange Postecoglou's side will host Motherwell on the last day of the campaign while Giovanni van Bronckhorst takes his team to Tynecastle.
