Every summer the UK crowds around TV screens up and down the country to watch Wimbledon, and eat strawberries. A truly British sporting occasion!

Here are nine reasons why Wimbledon, every single year, never fails to entertain us - whether or not you're a tennis fan.
1. Henman Hill, Murray Mound, call it what you like...we love it.
2. At Wimbledon, rain is kind of fun.
3. We get to see celebs looking smart.
4. Tennis is actually really entertaining. This is the fastest serve ever recorded at Wimbledon. Wow.
5. We have a two-week excuse to drink Pimm's.
6. Each year we believe we'll pick up our racket again...
7. Remember this? The greatest runner-up speech ever? Must...not..cry...
8. An excuse to eat strawberries and cream!
9. The ball boys and girls. We've seen them do some amazing catches over the year including this one...
