Ariana Grande reveals a new Jim Carrey-inspired tattoo

Pop star Ariana Grande has revealed details of a new tattoo that she's had recently, inspired by actor Jim Carrey. The new tattoo is a quote from The Truman Show, a film Jim Carrey starred in back in 1998 and matches one Ariana's cousin has.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Ariana shared a photo of the tattoo on her cousin Courtney revealing that she got the same tattoo, but upside down. Written in a typewriter font the quote says, 'In case I don’t see ya, good afternoon, good evening and good night!'
In response to her post, the actor himself has responded saying, 'Wow @ArianaGrande...a tattoo? Ssss’nice! ;^}'. His tweet has now had more than 26K likes and nearly 3K comments, including a number of fans saying how much they love both the pop star and actor.
One fan tweeted, 'ariana’s gonna freak ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚', sic, with another saying, 'SHE'S GOING TO PASS OUT 💀'.
Ariana's inking is just the latest in a number of tattoos the 'Sweetener' singer has had, with her revealing last year that she had two tattoos dedicated to her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson, as well as one inspired by an Anime character. Ariana posted an upside down photo to her Instagram Story of her largest tattoo yet, which was on her forearm and showed Spirited Away‘s main character Chihiro.
Earlier this year, Ariana also revealed another tattoo, this time of a Pokemon character. The pop star showed off the design of Eevee inked on her arm, saying on Instagram, ‘I’ve wanted this for so long'.

Brooklyn Beckham
David Beckham is reported to have over 40 different inkings on his skin, and his son Brooklyn is on track to surpass him as he apparently already has around 20 tats.
In 2018, Brooklyn had a tattoo which shows a group of cherubs frolicking in the clouds, a similar picture to one that David has on his own chest.
Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber has a heavily tattooed body as the photo shows. The pop star took to Instagram to reveal it took over 100 hours worth of work to turn his torso into a 'canvas'.
Adam Collard
After dating Zara McDermott for only a number of weeks, Love Island 2018 star Adam Collard showed off a brand new inking declaring his love for Zara. Adam has a small 'Z' on his hand.
Gary Barlow
Take That member Gary Barlow has a meaningful tattoo on the inside of his wrist to mark his relationship with his wife Dawn, after nearly 24 years together.
Katy Perry
Katy Perry has a number of inkings including two small ones on her ankles. To mark the end of her 'Witness' Tour, Katy Perry had her 4th tattoo. She revealed she already has three tats, 'A Strawberry, a peppermint, and a prism triangle', later posting a photo of a new planetary design on her wrist.
Louis Tomlinson
One Direction's Louis Tomlinson has a many tattoos all over his body. In 2018 he got a tattoo done by fellow X Factor judge, Robbie Williams. Louis was able to ink a clean X onto Robbie's arm, but when the time came to swap places, Robbie could be heard shouting, "Oh! I don't know what happened there."
Pete Davidson
Comedian Pete Davidson also has a number of tattoos and earlier this year he had some as a tribute to his now ex-girlfriend, Ariana Grande.
Robbie Williams
The X Factor judge Robbie Williams is known for having many tattoos including the one pictured above on the side of his neck. Earlier this year he 'unveiled' a huge tattoo on his chest of his face, however some fans weren't convinced it was real as a similar photo (without the inking) was posted a few years ago.
Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez already has a number of tattoos including one in an Arabic font on her back. In 2018 she had matching tattoos with her friends, revealing the lovely reason behind the four friends having the number four tattooed on their bodies. Selena said, 'you are my 4 for the rest of my life. I love you ladies.'
Tom Hardy
In January 2018, Tom Hardy proved he's a man of his word and finally got the tattoo he promised his friend Leonardo DiCaprio he'd get, if Leo won an Oscar.
Tom lost the bet when he said Leo would not receive an Oscar for his role in The Revenant back in 2016, however, the actor went on to win the award for Best Actor.
The new inking was noticed after Tom posed for a selfie with fans.
Zayn Malik
Former One Direction star Zayn Malik has had a number tattoos including a large mandala pattern on his head and a similar tattoo on left hand.

Halle Berry
Actress Halle Berry is no stranger to an inking, and in March 2019 took to Instagram to reveal a stunning vine tattoo that went all the way down her spine. She captioned the photo, 'Who says I'm not a mermaid.'
