Australian actor Chris Hemsworth is unrecognisable for his latest movie role In The Heart Of The Sea.
The once muscular actor, 32, posted on Instagram looking much skinnier than before with a lot of facial hair.
It's rumoured he restricted himself to just 500 calories a day - more than 2000 less than the recommended allowance for a man of his physique.
He added that he wouldn't recommend the 'Lost at Sea' diet program.
But it's quite a contrast from his usual muscley and clean shaven self.
In The Heart Of The Sea is out on the 26th December.
