From JCBs to lectures on sunscreen, we've picked out some of the weirdest, and often wonderful, one-hit wonders to celebrate National One-Hit Wonder Day.

1. Baz Luhrmann - "Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen" Class of 99' wear sunscreen. Who knew that a lecture on sun safety could become such a big hit?

2. Las Ketchup - "The Ketchup Song" This 'saucy' song from the Spanish group set the UK charts alight.

3. Rednex - "Cottoneye Joe" Grab a partner and swing them round, this still gets us up on the dance floor.

4. Nizlopi - "The JCB song" The clever video helped make this song a success, unfortunately they didn't follow it up with any other machinery based music.

5. Teletubbies - "Teletubbies say "Eh-oh!" We're sorry, but we bet you know someone who bought it. For the kids of course...

6. Partners in Kryme - Turtle Power Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and rapping go hand in hand don't they?

7. Mr Oizo - "Flat beat" Used as the jingle for Levi Jeans it featured puppet Flat Eric and, even though nothing much happens, it was a very strange video.

8. Yolanda Be Cool Vrs DCup - "We No Speak Americano" There's a very creative video but all we imagine when we hear it is Neil from the Inbetweeners doing that awkward dance.

9. Typically Tropical - "Barbados" You might be more familiar with the Venga Boys cover, but this was the original song to get people in the holiday spirit.

10. Crazy Town - "Butterfly" A bit of a contrast with some heavy rockers surrounded by the forest and butterflies. This video was a bit pyschadelic.
