With the news that some new £5 notes and jars of Marmite are listed on eBay for enormous amounts we thought we'd find some of the most unusual, outrageous or overpriced items ever listed on the auction website.

Over the weekend a glass that Justin Bieber drank out of has gone on sale on eBay currently attracting bids of £65,900. The singer popped into a rural pub in Essex to have a meal last Thursday so the pub staff kept the glass.
£5 note - £80,100 Amazingly this £5 note sold on eBay for £80,100, it's unclear why it attracted such a large amount as it doesn't have a low serial number. See the listing here.

Puddle watch water - £66,000 A bottle of dirty water made famous by the Drummond Puddle Watch was sold earlier this year for £66,000.
Apple employee business card - $2,653.00 It wasn't any old business card, this particular Apple employee was called Sam Sung - famous for having the name of his company's arch-enemy. He sold his work gear and gave the money to charity. Here is the listing.

Air from a Kanye West concert - $66,000 Amazingly last year some Kanye fans were bidding for a plastic bag full of air from his concerts - despite there being no proof that either the seller or the air was at the gig.
French toast - $1,025 Pop star Justin Timberlake left some french toast after an interview at a New York radio station in 2000. The presenter decided to put the toast up for sale and one fan coughed up the bucks!
Justin Bieber’s hair - $40,668 In 2011 clippings of Justin Bieber's hair were given to Ellen DeGeneres who sold them on eBay. The money raised was given to charity.

'Virgin Mary' toasted sandwich - $28,000 The seller of this sandwich claimed it has been made 10 years before it was sold and never went mouldy. An online casino bought the sandwich for a staggering $28,000.
Kidney stone - £14,000 William Shatner sold his kidney stone in 2006 raising money for charity. This was sold to the same online casino which bought the Virgin Mary toastie.
A Dorito - $1,209 Another purchase by the online casino was a Dorito that looked like the Pope's hat.

A Hula Hoop - £712 Musician Stuart Hampton from Greater Manchester sold a single, freakishly long Hula Hoop. This 'special' crisp was found in a regular Hula Hoop packet and sold for £712.
Ad space - $37,375 Strangely a man decided to auction off his forehead, offering it to be tattooed with a temporary tattoo. SnoreStop decided to bid for this unusual advertising space.
A single cornflake - £1.20 In 2004 a student sold a single cornflake for £1.20. eBay told him to remove the listing as there was no Best Before date, however the transaction completed just in time.
