Ireland's first LEGO store announce opening date in Dublin

The first solo LEGO store in Ireland is set to open on Thursday, 18 August at 41 Grafton Street.
Just like must-see toy stores Hamleys in London and FAO Schwarz in New York, this new store promises "physical and digital immersive play experiences".
Fans, both young and old will be treated to the new, 'Retailtainment’ concept which allows shoppers to immerse themselves in the famous Lego brick, as well as create personalised products.
According to RTE Vice President of Global LEGO Retail Development Simone Sweeney the company had been looking for the perfect site for some time in Ireland.
"The new LEGO Store will be amongst some of the biggest and best brands in Dublin, in a shopping district loved by many local families and visitors alike,"
Dublin has been part of LEGO Retail's expansion strategy for many years given the existing huge number of LEGO fans in Ireland.
She added: "The new LEGO Store in Dublin will allow builders of all ages to be inspired by endless play possibilities and for new builders to welcome them into a new exciting journey of discovery into the LEGO universe."
