Cash for Kids are delighted to support the work carried out by The Compassionate Friends.

The Compassionate Friends Northern (TCFNI) support children aged between 4 – 17 years old after the loss of a sibling or parent. They run support groups throughout NI as well as an annual retreat and remembrance service in memory of their loved ones.
The grant from Cash for Kids will support the work of TCFNI and provide counselling to the 50 children who attend. This will enable the children to express their feelings and concerns about their loss in a safe environment. Through these services, the children can build supporting friendships from all sections of the community to help deal with their grief.
