They aren't shy in publicly declaring their love for each other but Gigi Hadid's birthday message to Zayn just melted our hearts a little.
The Victoria's Secret model took to her Instagram page to share a black and white snap of Zayn looking into the distance over a balcony, and she captioned it with a super cute message.
Gigi wrote, 'Happy birthday my handsome, so lucky to know and love a soul like yours wishing you the best year ever!!!'
Of course the message sent One Direction fans into complete meltdown after they'd been tweeting Liam to send Zayn a message all day.
