Jonah Hill shows off shocking new hairdo on Instagram

US actor Jonah Hill is well known for showing off dramatic transformations - normally after he has gained or lost large amounts of weight. But this time, fans have been taken aback by a different element of his appearance.
The 34-year-old, best known for his roles in Superbad, The Wolf of Wall Street and 21 Jump Street, took to Instagram to debut a brand new look - a hot pink hairdo.
Fans were shocked by the outrageous look, with many writing that they were big fans of his new colour. One wrote, 'You're rocking that pink!' and another added, 'Jonah, you look dope!' whilst a third hilariously commented, 'Mayor of Babe City.'

He later uploaded a second photo of his new hair, whilst in the audience at a gig for Vampire Weekend.
Although there's no news yet on whether Jonah's new hair colour is for a role or purely for personal preference, he is due to star in US TV series Maniac for two episodes, a show which IMDb describes as, 'An institutionalized man dreams of a new life in a fantasy world.'
So perhaps it is for a role after all!
This isn't the first time that Jonah has shown off a shock change to his appearance - although it's normally a weight transformation that he's showing off.
After years of yo-yoing with his weight, Jonah was determined to lose the weight he'd gained to star in 2016 film War Dogs alongside Miles Teller, and so rang his 21 Jump Street co-star Channing Tatum, who advised him to get a personal trainer.
