Hollyoaks viewers left in shock as a famous character returns from the dead

A blast from the past returned to Hollyoaks last night and viewers can't quite believe it! Over the years we've seen more characters return from the dead in Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks than we can count. However, no one was quite prepared for last night's Hollyoaks episode which saw the return of Nico Blake.
You know, the 'crazed teen' who supposedly died in that horrific Halloween fire back in 2016. Viewers have seen Sienna Blake being stalked for weeks and while some people guessed that Warren Fox may have returned, Sienna thought it was her former lover Darren Osborne.
Nico returns from the dead
Sienna went as far as knocking Darren out, handcuffing him, tormenting him and eventually discovering that he isn't the stalker but has been having a secret affair behind Nancy's back.
Just when we all thought we'd have to wait forever to find out the true culprit, Sienna walked into her house to discover her thought-to-be dead daughter Nico carrying her son Sebastian.
Lots of viewers couldn't believe the turn of the events, with one person writing, 'Wait...what? .....Nico isn't dead? I'm sure I saw her get crushed by a burning building 🤔 #Hollyoaks'. sic
Another commented, 'I cannot believe Hollyoaks made me believe Nico was dead for over a year. I am a fool😠#Hollyoaks'. sic
Someone else said, 'ISNT NICO MEANT TO BE DEAD?! Or is all of this in siennas head? Mmm either way I love it! #hollyoaks'. sic
A fourth wrote, 'Anyone else think that Nico is Sienna's imagination? #hollyoaks #NightmareNico', with one more adding, 'So is Nico working with Warren to kill Sienna & get Sebastian? Or is Nico a figment of Siennas imagination? Or a mix of all? It’s #Hollyoaks, there’s been stranger! #SiennasStalker'. sic
Nico hasn't had the easiest time in Hollyoaks, her parents (Dodger Savage and Sienna) are twins, she's killed Trevor Royle, Carly Bradley and her granddad Patrick Blake.
Not only that but she also tried to kill Theresa McQueen and got obsessed with Holly Cunningham and Peri Lomax.
So has Nico actually returned or is this all in Sienna's imagination? If she has returned why is she back? What's next for Sienna and Nico?
We have SO many questions!
