A lot has changed since the legendary boy band JLS last performed live together. From weddings to babies, even a global pandemic. Not to worry...these guys still know how to put on a show in Belfast.

Live music returned to the SSE Arena after almost two years, just a few months ago the space had been transformed into a Covid-19 vaccination centre.

As the queue started to form outside last night, you could hear fans reminisce that the last time they were at the SSE was for their jab.

However, the moment the lights came down, and Cool FM's Curtis McCosh took to the stage to warm up the crowd, it felt just like the good old days.

"It’s always been a dream of mine to DJ at the SSE arena in Belfast," shares Curtis. "It was the first big live music event at the arena in over 18 months which meant the Belfast crowd was at their absolute best, it was an absolutely amazing experience that I’ll never forget!"

The SSE arena was packed out for the Beat Again Tour - the excitement was tangible. When the boys burst onto the stage in a haze of smoke and bright lights, the screams were deafening.

Hits like Everybody in Love, The Club Is Alive and of course One Shot, alongside some new music too were included on the setlist.

It wouldn't be a JLS gig without some iconic dance moves and of course a back flip or two!

It's fantastic to see live music back in Belfast - officially known now as a UNESCO City of Music 👏

Can you spot any familiar faces in the crowd?👇
