Unusual fish & chip shop request goes viral
They delivered!
A cheeky online order for a cold remedy to a fish and chip shop has gone viral.
Feeley's Chippy in Northern Ireland posted a photo of one delivery request they received over the festive period with the comment "good to see customers making use of the 'add comments' section."
The message from the unknown customer said,
'Will you please stop in spar on the way and get me benylin cold and flu tablets and Ill give you the money, only ordering food so I can get the tablets Im dying sick.' sic
The photo posted on Feeley's Facebook page last week has since gone viral with more than 15,000 likes and 1.9k comments.
The chippy updated their post later with a photo of the medicine saying 'only the best service here at Feeley'.
