Adele
Adele conducted a proposal for two of her fans on 29th February (Leap day) in 2016, when she welcomed Hayley onto the stage. Adele used the help of the 11,000 strong crowd to conduct the proposal saying "After three everyone say 'Come on Neil'", much to the delight of the crowd...

Ahead of her comeback album '30', Adele even helped another couple get engaged, orchestrating a romantic proposal for a during part of her comeback concert in November 2021.
Gary Barlow
Gary helped out a fan when he welcomed him from the audience to the stage to propose to his lucky girlfriend whilst he belted out 'A Million Love Songs' in the background!
