Coronation Street's Katie McGlynn responds to rumours she's pregnant
Her best friend hacked her!

Last night a tweet from the account of Coronation Street actress Katie McGlynn 'announced' she was pregnant with her gay best friend Lee Bennett and sent fans wild. However a follow up tweet has now confirmed we shouldn't go out and buy any baby gifts just yet...
Katie, who plays the role of Sinead Tinker in the ITV soap, made the announcement on her social media accounts, but fans were quick to believe she'd been hacked.
In a tweet which has now been deleted, Katie wrote, 'So excited to share the news that me and Lee Bennett are having a babrooon together. #Gayby. sic
She also wrote in a Instagram post, 'So happy & proud to announce that me and my GBF @_leebennett have decided to have a baby together.'
However all traces of the announcement has now been deleted, leading fans to think the actress had her account hacked.
Fans were left totally confused by the series of messages, whilst some congratulated the actress, many seemed suspicious about the news.
Katie has now confirmed she isn't pregnant and admitted her best friend Lee had actually stolen her phone.
She wrote, 'So when @_LeeBennett steals your phone & the whole of the UK think your pregs' sic
Earlier in the year rumours were flying around that the 23-year-old was dating Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice. However Katie was quick to shut them down when she shared a picture kissing Lee on the cheek with the caption, 'The only guy I'm dating #gbf'.
Katie first joined the cast of Coronation Street back in 2013 and quickly became a popular character with viewers.
Her character Sinead Tinker has been involved in a number of high profile storylines during her time on the show, including her relationship with Chesney Brown and most recently her heartbreaking miscarriage on the show.
Katie continues to star in Coronation Street on ITV1.
