This Tuesday night was all about Jennifer Lopez

If you missed the interview, you can hear it all again here, including J-Lo talking about balancing being a mum and a performer as well as the possibility of doing any judging work in the UK for X Factor.

Speaking about pre-performance nerves, she said, "I don't even call it nervous anymore. I just feel adrenaline and then I'll get really calm a minute before and then I just do it."

When Alex asked about her children, she said, "They're not with me on this trip, they're with their grandma in New York, which I'm not happy about!

"I love what I do as an individual and as a performer but when I come off stage and have my kids, I'm getting emotional about it now, because it's a dream for me. I feel like I have everything when I see them. It just makes your life better."

On the possibility of judging the X Factor in the UK she said, "I don't know, I feel like I kinda did that with American Idol back in the States - I really enjoyed it... I don't know. I feel like over there it's like the Mafia, they keep pulling you back in!"
