John Legend set to take on Carpool Karaoke with special guest

John Legend performed at our North East Christmas Live event and while he was there he told us some exciting news about an upcoming Carpool Karaoke.

The 'All Of Me' singer revealed he has already recorded an episode of the hit sketch with James Corden. He told us, “I have already done it! I've filmed it, but you guys haven't seen it. They're doing a full series now."

He went on to reveal that the episodes are now extended and around 30 minutes and in really exciting news told us that his episode is going to be with international superstar Alicia Keys! We can't wait!

John also revealed what happened when he visited the White House, “I have been in the Oval Office and we've been to their home a few times and performed. We actually performed when David Cameron came over for the state dinner and that was fun. We did it with Mumford and Sons, that was cool."

He revealed that this was more than just a passing visit to see the Obama's and told us, "We spend a lot of time with them. They’re really cool. They're like super smart, cool, elegant people that we were lucky to have lead the country for eight years."
