‘I’m A Celeb’ viewers in uproar as Ant and Dec separate during the show
How dare they?!
I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here viewers witnessed a very rare scene on last night’s show when loveable duo Ant and Dec were forced to separate!
The pair, real names Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have been one of the nation’s favourite TV duos for the last 20 years so it’s no real surprise the Internet went into meltdown when they were forced to go their separate ways on the show.

So how dare I’m A Celeb producers split them up?
Well it’s because Ant headed off to one camp to tell Adam Thomas and Martin Roberts they would be doing the next bushtucker trial and Dec went the other way to inform the rest of the campmates the news.
The pair were clearly affected by the separation with Ant jokingly reassuring fans that he would be reunited with Dec in tonight’s show (Thursday 24th November). Yes! How would we all cope!
Of course viewers were not happy with the split and begged them to never leave each other again...
After seeing the complaints, even ITV felt the need to apologise in an 'official statement'.
In a seemingly jokey tweet, the official ITV Twitter account wrote, ‘Last night we made a mistake. We apologise to the nation. We promise we will NEVER split @antanddec again.’
