There's no denying British actor Tom Hardy is a very good looking man, so fans of the 40-year-old have been left in complete shock at his new look for an upcoming movie role.
Tom is about to star in an upcoming movie called Fonzo, which features the popular actor playing the role of the infamous Al Capone.
After getting into the spirit of Al Capone, Tom has now taken to his Instagram page to upload a number of photos of himself dressed up as the American mobster.
Wearing a wig of receding hair, Tom wrote, 'Mega awkward character misstep 👀'. sic
The actor later uploaded another photo, this time showing himself without the wig as he goes through a lengthy make-up sitting. Alongside the snap, Tom wrote, 'Audrey and Jay Make up legends 💕💕💕💕🌈🌈🌈🌈☝️☝️☝️☝️🌠😇😇😇😇😇'. sic
The new movie, which is yet to be given a release date, will feature the likes of Matt Dillon, Jack Lowden, Kyle MacLachlan and Linda Cardellini alongside Tom.
Filming for Fonzo is making great progress, with all of the cast flooding their social media accounts with photos from behind the scenes.
Tom certainly looks unrecognisable to his usual look...

According to reports, the story will see "his past becomes present as harrowing memories of his violent and brutal origins melt into his waking life.”
