Emeli Sande and One Direction For X Factor Final
It takes place in Manchester next week
X Factor producers have confirmed that One Direction and Emeli Sandé will both perform live at the final of the ITV talent show next month.
For the first time in the show’s history, The X Factor final will take place outside of the capital at Manchester Central on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th December.
It’s expected that Emeli and 2010 X Factor stars One Direction will perform on the Sunday results show.
The semi-finals take place this weekend with Jahmene Douglas, Union J, Christopher Maloney and James Arthur battling it out for a place in the top three.
According to bookmakers William Hill, Jahmene and James Arthur are joint favourites to win The X Factor at 11/8 on.
Christopher Maloney is third favourite at 9/2 while Union J are ranked as outsiders on 8/1.
The 2011 X Factor final was held at London Wembley Arena and boasted performances from Leona Lewis, Michael Bublé, JLS and One Direction. Little Mix were crowned the winners ahead of Marcus Collins and Amelia Lily.
