Forth News has been talking to an Edinburgh man about his desperate attempts to escape Brussels after yesterday's attacks.

Twin blasts hit Zaventem airport at 7am and another explosion struck Maelbeek metro station an hour later. A total of 31 people were killed, and 250 people have been injured.

David Weinczok, who lives in Edinburgh, was visiting the city when the attacks happened. He was due to fly out of the airport before flights were grounded.

In a desperate attempt to escape the city with his partner, he booked a bus from Brussels to London.
