Man appears in court charged with murder of Bradley Welsh in Edinburgh
The 48-year-old died last month
A man has appeared in court charged with murdering Trainspotting 2 actor Bradley Welsh.
The 48-year-old boxing coach was shot as he walked down stairs to his flat in Edinburgh's west end on April 17.
Police confirmed on Monday that a 28-year-old man had been charged in connection with the actor's death.
Sean Orman appeared in Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Tuesday also charged with assault to severe injury, permanent impairment and a number of firearms offences.
Orman made no plea and was remanded in custody.
He is expected to reappear within eight days.
